Bend Balloon Man Reaches Goal, May Now Quit
Portland, OR July 9, 2008 9:42 a.m.
Kent Couch, the 48-year old owner of a gas station in Bend, spent his Independence Day weekend, flying more than 200 miles over the Oregon desert in a lawn chair.
